Description: WEAA-FM is seeking an experienced and versatile full-time Program Director. WEAA is licensed to Morgan State University and is located in Baltimore, Maryland. The station’s primary formats are Jazz and News & Information.
Requirements: You have a clearly demonstrated track record of successfully managing and developing talent. You are a team builder and coach with superior communication skills and experience leading a diverse staff and serving diverse audiences. This position will oversee the station’s overall sound and image on-air, online, and on mobile devices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of programming experience; experience with Selector or other major music scheduling software and previous on-air experience.
