Position Title: Program Director
Organization: Lakeshore Public Radio
Description: Lakeshore Public Radio seeks full-time Program Director/ Morning Host. This individual reports directly to the President & CEO. The Program Director/ Morning Host will create, plan and implement an aggressive and competitive programming schedule for Lakeshore Public Radio in Northwest Indiana. In addition, the PD will also co-host our morning news daypart.
Required Qualifications: Experience with local news, regional and national program sources for acquisition preferred. Must have experience as a successful morning show host, program scheduler, program producer, project manager, traffic management and most of all success at building a great radio team. Degree in Broadcasting, Communications or related field and 3-5 years programming experience preferred.
