WEAA-FM is seeking an experienced full-time Executive Producer for a new, daily national public radio talk show hosted by Dr. Michael Eric Dyson. You have a clearly demonstrated track record of successfully managing and developing high profile talent. You are a team builder and coach with superior communication skills and experience leading diverse staff and serving diverse audiences. This position will design and oversee the overall sound, image and digital footprint of the program and supervise a small production team based in the Washington, DC metro area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of national/major market producing and or programming experience.
