Registration fee: $600 for PRPD Member stations, $1,000 for non-members per participating station - whether your station brings two, three, or four staff members to the Workshop.

Stations are responsible for their airfare, hotel, any meals other than the lunch provided in the Workshop, and any other incidentals.
(Information about hotel accommodations and other details will be sent after application. Stations are responsible for making reservations by the date indicated to ensure that accommodation and special rates are available.)

Start of Session/When to arrive:
The workshop begins PROMPTLY at 8:30am. Unless your station has a travel time of less than an hour, we strongly recommend that staff attending stay at a hotel near the station the night before the workshop.
Food during the session:
We will have a working lunch. You may wish to get breakfast on your own; breakfast is not provided.
End of Session/Traveling Home:
MEGS sm ends at approximately 5:00 pm. If you wish to fly out Saturday evening, schedule your flight no earlier than 7:30 pm, allowing for airport travel and security wait times that can be lengthy.
Please do not plan to leave the MEGS smsession early.
